Hiya!
It's only been around 6 hours since I posted my last entry but I couldn't sleep, so I decided to write something. I've had terrible nightmares about my friend's situation and I just couldn't fall back asleep after waking up at 5AM. I could hear Rami's alarm go off just now, so I'm going to have breakfast with him and then I'll continue!Here I am again! I found a handy little web photo editing app which I tried with a few of my Sims 3 screenshots. So I decided to make a post about my current game. I hadn't played for over two years before I started to play a couple of weeks ago. I tried The Sims 4 during the summer when it was free for a couple of days on Origin, but I didn't like it at all. So I'm definitely going to stick with The Sims 3 until something better comes out.
I own almost all of the expansion packs as well. I think I'm missing Ambitions, Showtime, Into the Future and Island Paradise. I was planning on buying the latter one from the UK when I have extra money. The only expansion pack that is somewhat worthless I'd say is Night Life. If you don't play with the city that comes with the pack then it's all pretty much useless. Okay, you can be a celebrity, but in my opinion the whole system is a pain in the ass.
But anyways, this is the sim I began with, Suzanne Compton. And look at that little pug she's holding! What a sweet heart. Anyways her lifetime wish was to raise 5 children from baby to teenager. She completed her lifetime wish by having two sets of twins and later on an individual one, all of them girls.
And here is the sim she married, Jared Frio, believe it or not. The wonders mods can do... Anyways they had two little dogs that were very good at hunting plus 5 girls and busy jobs, so they were obviously quite occupied all the time. Jared's lifetime wish was to become a 5-star celebrity chef and that's exactly what he became.
And here's Jacqueline. She was a vampire for some while but then I got tired with the idea that she's going to live for generations... but I got a mod to fix that so actually I could turn her into a vampire again! Anyways she was the younger one of the second set of twins. Her twin sister is also a vampire, so yeah. Her lifetime wish is to become a Forensic Specialist and she's yet to complete that wish in my current game. On the other hand one of her traits is being a genius and I'm trying to achieve the "all uni degrees-achievement". So far she's done well and she already has 5 degrees. So no worries with the lifetime wish, it's a piece of cake!
I usually play according to what my sims wish for and that includes relationships and romances. When Jacqueline went to college the first person she was attracted to was a girl, namely this girl Joanie in the picture she's kissing! Of course there's the worry of continuing the family line since I don't want to adopt only, but thankfully there are mods! By the way, Joanie wants to master the social networking skill and create a 5-star-blog, and that is incredibly slow and tiring in my opinion!
And here's Jacqueline and Joanie's first born daughter, whose name I'm going to check later. I'm going to be playing with her later on even though she just got an adorable little sister. She already has a lifetime wish, which is to master the alchemy skill and also create and use 50 potions. It sounded interesting and fun, so I decided to go for it! I'm also going to turn her into a witch when I finally find a potion for that.
That's that for now and I hope you weren't too bored. I'll probably write about The Sims 3 every once in a while but I'll try not to do that every second entry! Thank you for reading and see you again!
